Anforderungen
- Degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Management, or comparable field/experience
- Several years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Technical Project Management
- Strong technical understanding of consumer products and development processes
- Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and managing diverse stakeholders internationally
- Experience in Engineering Change Management, product modifications, and lifecycle management

Aufgaben
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional special projects for Wheeled Goods
- Ensure project delivery against time, cost, and quality targets
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing products
- Identify opportunities to enhance product performance, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Manage the execution of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
- Manage design adjustments, portfolio updates, and special projects
- Define, review, and maintain product specifications with R&D and Quality
- Act as project owner and ensure alignment between departments
- Evaluate technical product issues, customer feedback, and field data
- Translate findings into effective improvement actions
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities
- Improve product robustness and reduce quality-related costs
- Assess feasibility, risks, timelines, and costs of proposed product changes
- Monitor project execution and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Contribute technical product expertise to support portfolio decisions
- Provide recommendations for strategic portfolio decisions
