Aufgaben
- Take end-to-end responsibility for European AI research projects
- Steer all work packages across multiple projects
- Plan scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Track project progress and resolve dependencies
- Manage multi-partner consortia across EU member states
- Act as primary contact for funding bodies and agencies
- Own interim and final reports, change requests, and proof of use
- Own project financials, including budget planning and cost tracking
- Plan personnel and ensure cost eligibility
- Ensure compliance with funding and state aid requirements
- Manage documentation, dissemination, and open-source obligations
- Translate project objectives into technical work plans
- Ensure project deliverables land on time and in quality
- Coordinate dissemination activities such as publications and events
- Identify project risks early and drive mitigation
- Escalate project issues where needed
