Anforderungen
- University degree in industrial engineering, computer science, logistics, business administration, or comparable
- Proven success in managing complex projects
- Strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels
- Knowledge of IT-supported production or logistics systems implementation is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational skills, and strong social skills
- Fluent German and English (at least C1 level)
- French skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel within DACH and Benelux regions

- Manage challenging transformation and optimization projects
- Combine operational excellence with digital intelligence
- Lead interdisciplinary teams
- Support customers in implementing sustainable performance improvements
- Independently manage customer projects (supply chain engineering, real-time planning systems, transformation projects)
- Lead interdisciplinary project teams
- Manage projects according to time, quality, and budget
- Manage internal projects for STREMLER AG development
- Analyze and improve OEE and PPH along the value chain
- Introduce and moderate continuous shop floor management
- Identify and implement productivity and efficiency improvements in assembly, packaging, logistics, and intralogistics
- Develop digital dashboards and real-time transparency with the data management team
- Apply and anchor CIP methods and data-based decision-making processes
- Monitor PPH for ongoing optimization of throughput and plant performance
- Manage interfaces between production, maintenance, planning, IT, and management
- Communicate results to customers, including milestones, recommendations, and progress reports
- Support transformation to flexible capacity control, adaptive production planning, and real-time control
- Help shape processes, services, and product offerings
- Communicate with customer management levels
- Support sales and business development
