- Master degree (Manufacturing, Electronic Engineering) or Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years relevant Engineering discipline
- Thorough knowledge of products and applications
- LEAN Manufacturing tools
- Six Sigma Certification preferable
- Occasional interaction with other AE manufacturing locations
Aufgaben
- Maintain the certified ISO 9001 management system
- Drive product improvements through investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action
- Coordinate strategies with cross-functional groups to meet customer and business needs
- Ensure copy exact principles are followed
- Perform failure analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions for customer complaints
- Define, design, develop, and implement SPC tools for assembly, manufacturing, and test fixtures
- Establish, implement, and maintain the quality management system
- Conduct internal audits, support ATEX audits, and host external audits
- Interact with Engineering and Operations for new product transfers
- Plan, organize, and manage receiving and outgoing quality functions
- Participate in Design Reviews for compliance with reliability and customer requirements
- Review Engineering Change Requests for customer approval and submission
- Perform trend analysis and coordinate corrective actions
- Define SPC for manufacturing processes, monitor performance, and implement countermeasures
- Interact with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Materials, and Support Areas to ensure robust processes using PPAP, SPC, and LEAN tools
- Serve as ESD coordinator and ensure robust implementation of ESD controls
