- Act as the interface between strategy consulting, UX, and technical implementation
- Ensure customer requirements are successfully integrated into Salesforce solutions
- Perform requirements engineering and business process analysis
- Provide guidance on improving business processes
- Assist with the operational implementation of Salesforce configurations
- Ensure technical solutions are perfectly tailored to customer needs
