Anforderungen
- 5+ years SAP MDG experience (Material domain)
- Strong understanding of Material Master structures/processes (SAP S/4HANA, ECC)
- Proven Stream/Workstream Lead experience (large SAP transformations)
- Experience supporting global template design, build, deployment, rollout
- Strong understanding of master data flows and integration (supply chain)
- Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication skills
- Effective work across business and IT functions (complex global program)
- English fluency
- Supply Chain Planning knowledge (intercompany, multi-source)
- A2R processes and master data requirements
- Turntable/intercompany operating models (company structures, trading models)
- Experience integrating Material Master with Supply Chain/Planning
- Pharma/Life Sciences experience (ideally GxP awareness)
- German language skills
Aufgaben
- Lead or co-lead a workstream covering master data flows, architecture, version handling, and multi-source supply scenarios
- Apply strong SAP MDG-M expertise to target master data architecture, governance processes, and data flow design
- Support the design of material master processes across SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with business, supply chain, data, and IT stakeholders
- Develop target concepts, solution proposals, and decision papers for management sign-off
- Identify system-specific topics, integration requirements, and cross-stream dependencies
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and other functional teams for end-to-end process alignment
- Support the design and deployment of the global template, including rollout and localization
- Document design decisions, processes, and requirements for template build and deployment
- Contribute to aligning master data processes with Supply Chain Planning, A2R, and intercompany/turntable processes
