- Provide expert guidance for powder handling, blending, granulation, compression/tableting, and coating projects
- Lead complex investigations and troubleshooting for process-related issues
- Provide senior technical leadership for process development and lifecycle management
- Develop robust and improved solutions using scientific principles and structured problem-solving
- Drive the development and execution of manufacturing technical transfer strategies
- Ensure timely completion of technical transfers with robust manufacturing control strategies
- Serve as a key site interface to R&D and CMC/Regulatory
- Support new product commercialization and dossier alignment with site practices
- Act as the responsible Technical Services & Manufacturing Sciences (TS/MS) representative in audits
- Provide technical expertise and support during audit preparation, execution, and follow-up
