Anforderungen
- Excellent fundamentals in operational controlling, management accounting, and financial accounting
- University degree in STEM, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum 3+ years experience in operations-finance controlling role
- Proficiency in P&L, financial and management accounting
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Interest in operational processes and financial impact
- Strong communication, organization, and hands-on mentality for business partnering
- Structured and transparent problem-solving ability
- Based in Verden or ability to travel regularly via train
- Motivated by deadlines
- SQL skills (strong plus)
- Adaptive and Oracle experience (plus but not required)
- Fluent in English
- German language skills (plus)
Aufgaben
- Own weekly and monthly financial reporting for F_EU warehousing and production operations
- Own the month-end closing cycle, including accruals and variance analysis
- Prepare and ensure quality inventory records with the Finance and fulfillment teams
- Execute quarterly and annual business planning for production sites
- Execute long-term scenario analyses and forecasting for site operations
- Serve as a finance business partner to F_EU finance leadership, production site leadership, HR, and global production leadership
- Challenge, sensitize, and support workforce staffing and compensation decisions
- Continuously improve financial reporting, budgeting, and controlling processes for F_EU operations
