Anforderungen
- Self-starter with enjoyment of fast-paced startup environment
- Professional software engineering experience building and operating production backend systems
- Experience designing and architecting distributed systems
- "You build it, you run it" mindset; familiarity with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes
- Strong backend experience with Go or another modern programming language
- Experience with asynchronous/event-driven systems; NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or MQTT is a plus
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases; InfluxDB or Timescale is a plus
- Clear and confident communication in English

- Design and build distributed control systems for batteries, wind turbines, and solar plants
- Translate complex energy-market and grid requirements into reliable software behavior
- Build services for communicating with physical assets and processing their telemetry, status, and capabilities
- Design systems that maintain predictable behavior during device failures, network unreliability, late messages, or asset unavailability
- Build highly observable and resilient services for continuous production operation
- Take services from architecture and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and operation
- Collaborate with energy-market specialists to understand problems and develop pragmatic technical solutions
- Make architectural and technical decisions balancing reliability, scalability, simplicity, and delivery speed
- Mentor other engineers and improve the team's technical standards
