- Good understanding of returns concepts
- Good understanding of order life cycles
- Proven fluency with Agentic AI
- Directing coding agents on well-scoped work
- Fluency in English
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- German language skills (a plus)
Aufgaben
- Design, build, and maintain Fluent Commerce platform solutions
- Take end-to-end ownership from architecture to production release and maintenance
- Design and evolve Fluent Commerce workflows, rules, events, and orchestration logic
- Support order management, fulfillment, and inventory processes
- Develop custom Fluent Commerce rules using the Rules SDK and Java
- Keep business logic modular, testable, and maintainable
- Build and extend integrations between Fluent Commerce and e-commerce landscape
- Use GraphQL, REST APIs, webhooks, events, and other integration patterns
- Own reliability and performance of order-management flows
- Handle failure scenarios, retries, idempotency, and observability
- Translate business requirements into technical designs with Product and Engineering teams
- Build AI-powered capabilities
- Champion engineering quality through automated testing, code reviews, and documentation
