- Composure in ambiguous environments
- Ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly
- Clear explanation to senior stakeholders
- English language proficiency
- German language is a plus
Aufgaben
- Design the technical approach for a system slice, including documentation and artifacts for third-party operation
- Shape development processes: issue workflows, branching, review standards, CI/CD, automated testing, security checks, and release management
- Build classical software around the AI core: services, APIs, data pipelines, and IaC in Python on Azure
- Make solutions operable in enterprise IT landscapes: observability, failure behavior, security posture, and cost transparency
- Provide specialist guidance to shape technical decisions across workstreams
- Raise the engineering bar through design and code reviews
- Make technical trade-offs, costs, and benefits of architectures and operating models clear to senior client stakeholders
