- Experience in software development within regulated environment (e.g., IEC 62304 compliance)
Aufgaben
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company-wide software platform
- Implement a state-of-the-art technology platform for software development
- Develop solutions for medical GMP and RUO instruments
- Contribute to the platform roadmap and its implementation
- Collaborate with project managers, program managers, software architects, feature owners, requirements engineers, UX/UI designers, developers, and testers
- Drive the platform’s technical advancement
- Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of the platform
- Develop innovative solutions for software and instrument products
- Drive the transition to an AI-first engineering and development approach
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in C++
- Share knowledge with the team
- Collaborate with other departments, including software development teams, biologists, IT, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Service, and Marketing
- Support communication with external stakeholders
- Contribute to critical business decisions
- Provide input and ideas to shape the future of the global software development organization
