  • Promote responsive UI, cross-version compatibility, and maintainability
  • Integrate and validate support for accessibility APIs
  • Ensure UI controls, focus management, and keyboard navigation support
  • Provide screen-reader support and usability for users with disabilities
  • Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, and QA
  • Shape feature planning, UI/UX architecture, and roadmap for Windows platform
  • Own the full lifecycle of features from conception to maintenance
  • Ensure quality, reliability, and consistency across releases
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex bugs and performance bottlenecks
  • Resolve memory leaks, rendering issues, and compatibility problems
  • Propose robust architectural or design solutions
