Anforderungen
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or comparable
- Strong expertise in Zero Trust and OT Security Architecture
- Expertise in identity-centric networking, PKI, certificate lifecycle management
- Familiarity with NIST SP 800-207 and IEC 62443 frameworks
- Proven experience with OT Infrastructure and Brownfield Integration (3+ years)
- Experience with industrial environments, legacy systems, machine-to-machine communication
- Experience with industrial protocols, network segmentation, and hybrid IT/OT architectures
- Experienced in Platform and Enterprise Architecture (3+ years)
- Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions, governance models, roadmaps
- Strong capabilities in Platform Integration, Automation, AI and Analytics
- Experience with API-based integration, monitoring, automation, operational data flows
- Experience with AI-ready platform design
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Ability to align diverse stakeholder groups
- Structured and strategic working manner
- Comfortable operating in international and cross-functional environments
- Availability during Central European Time Zone (CET)
- Fluent English skills
- German language skills are beneficial
Aufgaben
- Design and evolve target architecture for IT/OT Security Platforms
- Define secure IT/OT communication concepts based on Zero Trust
- Develop architectures for remote access and machine connectivity
- Develop architectures for application communication and AI use cases
- Support factories in integrating security and management solutions
- Consider legacy systems, industrial protocols, and operational constraints
- Translate requirements into scalable platform architectures
- Translate requirements into governance models and technical standards
- Translate requirements into implementation roadmaps
- Collaborate with teams to establish architecture standards
- Collaborate with teams to drive service adoption
- Define integration concepts between connectivity services and monitoring solutions
- Define integration concepts between automation frameworks and enterprise systems
- Evaluate new technologies and architecture patterns
- Contribute to the evolution of IT/OT security and platform landscape
- Enable data-driven and AI-supported operational use cases
- Design architectures supporting secure data flows and automation
- Design architectures supporting analytics and platform interoperability
- Shape the journey to AI-native OT security services
