- Deep expertise in supply chain business processes and software configuration

- Strong track record of leading complex implementations (testing, quality assurance, training, user adoption)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all levels
- Proactive, adaptable mindset; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead in fast-changing environment
- Fluency in English and German

- Lead customer engagements to define business objectives
- Translate business objectives into strategic planning solutions
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to architect solutions
- Deliver tailored supply chain solutions that improve customer profitability
- Own the end-to-end integration of our product with clients' systems
- Ensure scalability and long-term fit of product integrations
- Oversee rigorous testing and quality assurance for solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers
- Guide customers in maximizing product value
- Champion continuous improvement with customers
- Provide senior-level support for critical incidents
- Lead value-driven development initiatives
- Mentor and coach junior consultants
- Share expertise with the team
