Manage site budget expenses
Ensure accurate cost allocation
Analyze variances versus budget, forecast, and prior-year actuals
Ensure consistency in reporting across the R&D business
Drive reporting optimizations where needed
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Report and present insights and results to R&D management
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes
Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiency
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Lead global R&D Finance projects
Participate in global R&D Finance projects
Respond to ad-hoc requests
Support investment decisions
