- Build compelling narratives and visualizations

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions

- Contribute to establishing standards for people analytics approaches
- Manage analytics projects end-to-end
- Collaborate across functions and geographies to align data sources
- Serve as a subject matter expert for people analytics
