Anforderungen
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Research, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in logistics network design, capacity planning, supply chain consulting, or logistics engineering
- Strong capability in scenario modelling, forecasting, and data validation
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with network optimization & simulation tools, BI and database highly desirable
- Initial experience using AI in this field preferred
- Commercial understanding and proven ability to convert analysis into practical recommendations
- Project management experience in international and cross-functional environments
- Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
- Fluent English (written and spoken), strong communication skills, and readiness for international travel
Aufgaben
- Develop fact-based logistics network and capacity solutions
- Conduct network studies on distribution footprints, transport flows, and inventory positioning
- Analyze service levels and cost impacts
- Model scenarios for consolidation, expansion, and greenfield locations
- Model scenarios for cross-dock solutions and outsourcing
- Translate business growth and customer requirements into network recommendations
- Develop demand, throughput, storage, and resource forecasts
- Develop facility-capacity forecasts
- Identify capacity constraints and risks
- Identify trigger points for investment or operational change
- Support warehouse sizing and layout concepts
- Support future-state operating models
- Build models using operational, commercial, and financial data
- Assess CAPEX, OPEX, productivity, service, and ROI impacts
- Present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Work with operations, transport, finance, IT, procurement, and country teams
- Work with consultants
- Maintain model transparency and data quality
- Maintain assumption and scenario documentation
