Anforderungen
- Degree in business administration, finance, information systems, or related field
- Several years of experience in product costing
- Expert knowledge of manufacturing controlling processes
- Extensive hands-on SAP CO-PC experience
- Experience with standard costing, material ledger, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
- Strong understanding of product costing integration with FI, MM, PP, and SD in SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in process governance, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Experience within an SSC, GBS, or Finance Service Hub (ideal)
- Ability to translate business requirements into process and system solutions
- Effective collaboration in global and multicultural environments
- Strong communication skills in English
- German language skills (advantageous)

- Strong stakeholder management skills
Aufgaben
- Own and develop the global product costing process framework
- Provide guidance on product costing and SAP CO-PC
- Translate business requirements into process and system solutions
- Drive harmonization and improvement of product costing processes
- Monitor and improve product costing service delivery with BPO provider
- Lead product costing process and system enhancements in SAP S/4HANA
- Coordinate user acceptance testing for projects and system changes
- Support finance transformation through digitalization and automation
- Advance reporting and analytics requirements
- Foster knowledge sharing within the key user community
