Anforderungen
- 5-7 years procurement consulting OR 7-10 years strategic sourcing experience

Aufgaben
- Establish and implement strategic procurement processes
- Develop material group strategies and drive implementation
- Shape supplier segmentation and SRM routines
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Project teams
- Own supplier discovery, RFx, benchmarking, and award decisions
- Prepare and execute commercial and contractual negotiations
- Drive supplier qualification and continuous improvement
- Build strong partnerships across Europe and manage supply risks
- Design and roll out scalable end-to-end processes
- Define roles, approvals, and standards for procurement
- Develop playbooks and templates for RFx, negotiation, and contracts
- Build spend and category transparency
- Define a KPI framework for procurement
- Create dashboards and routines for performance and savings tracking
- Identify automation opportunities and drive implementation
- Improve data quality and process compliance through tooling
- Create change narratives, communication plans, and training formats
- Facilitate workshops and enable stakeholders to work with the new procurement set-up
