Anforderungen
- 4+ years Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field experience
- Solid supply chain or transportation operations experience
- Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills
- Confident using performance reports, transport data, cost information
- Working knowledge of TMS processes

- Working knowledge of collection and delivery performance
- Working knowledge of freight rates
- Working knowledge of transport exception management

- Able to prioritize operational issues
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and ownership
- Familiarity with Powerbi
- Familiarity with Oracle TMS
- Familiarity with Isis- AS400 IBM
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in German (minimum B2 level)
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business or related discipline
- Equivalent relevant experience
Aufgaben
- Own and review market performance against agreed targets
- Check TMS team operations against agreed processes
- Address recurring process gaps
- Run performance reviews with TMS, carriers, and teams
- Assess lane-level capacity and service risks
- Recommend mitigation or movement to secondary carriers
- Escalate non-performing carriers
- Support recovery plans for carriers
- Contribute to carrier selection, onboarding, and deallocation
- Maintain visibility of market and customer complexities
- Ensure contracted, spot, and accessorial rates are available and accurate
- Verify market lanes are moved in line with agreed rate audit
- Investigate deviations and highlight risks
- Track freight spend and associated costs
- Challenge avoidable or unsupported costs
- Collaborate to support timely order release and shipment creation
- Act as primary market contact for outbound transport exceptions
- Coordinate fast resolution of failed collections and delivery delays
- Ensure timely Proof of Delivery and delivery documentation
- Analyze root causes across the end-to-end order cycle
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Provide market intelligence and business requirements to Procurement
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cost-saving initiatives while protecting service
- Run local monthly business reviews with stakeholders
- Conduct weekly carrier performance reviews against targets
- Drive continuous improvement across carrier performance and DC execution
- Suppress avoidable accessorial charges through data analysis
- Support Procurement with market intelligence for carrier selection
- Participate in onboarding replacement carriers
