- Facilitate and document workshops to gather business requirements

- Design planning processes, roles, and KPIs
- Guide customers toward RELEX best practices
- Configure business rules, workflows, and reporting
- Ensure nightly run performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Define how forecast accuracy, availability, inventory, and cost will be measured
- Report on forecast accuracy, availability, inventory, and cost
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing
- Resolve issues surfaced during testing
- Upskill super users for customer proficiency
- Document requirements, scope, and configuration
- Collaborate with Technical Consultants on data models and interfaces
- Collaborate with Project Managers on scope and timelines
- Develop implementation best practices across industries
- Share knowledge with the team as a trainer
- Support colleagues earlier in their career journey
- Work with global teams on international projects
- Use AI tooling actively in daily work
- Experiment with AI tooling
- Demonstrate ownership of a workstream end-to-end
- Provide effort estimations for requirements
- Support scoping and SOW discussions
- Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues
- Present to senior customer stakeholders and steering committees
- Define and track KPIs
- Build value cases
