Anforderungen

- 8+ years supply chain planning/operations experience (global/cross-regional)
- 6+ years supply chain planning/operations experience with master's degree (global/cross-regional)

- Strong MS Office and Excel proficiency

Aufgaben
- Steer end-to-end parts flow for Tools and components builds
- Set priorities, release, and reallocate material
- Make expediting decisions for urgent needs
- Define planning methods, escalation paths, and evaluation criteria
- Establish planning standards across sites
- Act as decision-making interface in a cross-functional, global environment
- Build and maintain key contacts beyond own area of expertise
- Lead operational alignment with Planning, Purchasing, MS, and Logistics
- Resolve escalations with Planning, Purchasing, MS, and Logistics
- Hold teams accountable to agreed recovery plans
- Direct requirements, priorities, and technical changes with Manufacturing and Engineering
- Ensure build readiness with Manufacturing and Engineering
- Coordinate activities of other planners in urgent-need situations
- Act as lead for cross-site recovery efforts
- Own inventory planning for assigned material scope
- Set and maintain stocking policies and safety stock
- Set and maintain reorder parameters
- Balance availability against inventory value and risk
- Drive inventory turns in line with targets
- Own KPI and supply chain reporting to management
- Use Excel and BI tools for reporting
- Translate findings into corrective actions
- Represent supply risk positions in management reviews
- Translate operations objectives into supply strategies
- Drive continuous process improvements for efficiency and responsiveness
- Drive continuous process improvements for cost effectiveness
- Mentor and guide less experienced planners
- Act as escalation reference within the planning community
