Anforderungen
- University degree in quality management, process management, sustainability, business, economics, environmental science, circular economy, or relevant field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 10 years relevant professional experience in sustainability/quality roles, including 3–5 years in senior/leadership role
- Demonstrated experience with certification systems, sustainability standards, auditing, accreditation, quality management, standardisation, or related fields (e.g. ISO, GRI, EU CSRD, ISEAL)
- Strong experience in internal audits, quality management systems, and continuous improvement
- Excellent understanding of legal, regulatory, accreditation, and standardisation requirements
- Good knowledge of ISCC EU, ISCC PLUS, and ISCC CORSIA is an asset
- Excellent English and German language skills (at least C1, written and spoken)
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects internationally
- Strong analytical, strategic, and risk assessment skills with excellent attention to detail
- Very good leadership, communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Interest in digitalisation and technology-driven process improvements
- Willingness to travel internationally
Aufgaben
- Coordinate internal efforts to maintain and achieve ISCC scheme recognition
- Lead the development and implementation of ISCC's accreditation strategy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accreditation and quality management
- Develop and maintain the ISCC management system
- Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of the management system
- Coordinate and prioritize quality management initiatives within the ISCC EU team
- Manage continuous improvement initiatives for ISCC schemes, processes, and services
- Represent ISCC in external events and industry dialogues
- Support the definition and monitoring of relevant budgets and KPIs
- Build and maintain a professional network in relevant communities
- Support the implementation of technology and digitalization in quality management
- Mentor junior colleagues and foster a culture of learning
