Aufgaben
- Manage daily collaboration with suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and service level agreements
- Follow up on delayed orders and resolve operational issues with suppliers
- Coordinate transport vendors for efficient logistics operations
- Implement and maintain suppliers
- Maintain supplier rebate and kickback agreements
- Approve supplier invoices in Coupa
- Support claims and handle supplier escalations
- Ensure supplier compliance with contractual agreements and internal processes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs
- Maintain supplier data, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting
- Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Customer Support, and other internal stakeholders
