Anforderungen
- 2-3 years hands-on SEO experience (e-commerce, in-house, or agency)
- Strong SEO content strategy, keyword/topic research, briefing, on-page optimisation
- Experience planning/delivering content projects (research to publication)
- Practical experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or comparable)
- Experience using content management system (Contentful, WordPress, or similar)
- Working understanding of technical and off-page SEO
- Strong analytical skills, translating data to optimisation measures
- Strong project-management and organisational skills (coordinating external partners)
- Native/bilingual German or French (C2), professional English
- Practical experience with GEO, AI search, or LLM search content visibility
- Understanding of LLMs and AI search content discovery/assessment
- Experience in e-commerce or across multiple European markets
- Experience optimising content for YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok
- Experience working with localisation or translation partners
- Knowledge of another European language
- Interest in pets and the pet-care industry
Aufgaben
- Grow organic visibility across European markets
- Create and improve useful, relevant content for pet owners
- Plan and deliver SEO and GEO content projects
- Conduct keyword, topic, and competitor research
- Build content plans based on topic clusters and trends
- Create clear content briefs
- Ensure published content is accurate, on-brand, and locally relevant
- Optimize existing content and on-page elements for search
- Monitor content performance and organic visibility
- Translate insights into actionable improvements
- Collaborate with SEO, Product, and Technology teams
- Manage content agencies, freelancers, and translation partners
- Work closely with Editorial, Category Management, Brand, Social Media, Video, and local market teams
