Anforderungen
- Apprenticeship or university degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical hands-on experience
- Several years of experience in EDI, E-Invoicing, or B2B/system integration environments
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards (EDIFACT, XML, ANSI X12, VDA)
- Strong knowledge of communication protocols (AS2, OFTP2, SFTP, HTTPS, APIs, Webservices)
- Strong knowledge of ERP/B2B integration systems (SAP IDoc, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Good understanding of E-Invoicing frameworks (Peppol, ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, FatturaPA or similar)
- Good understanding of related regulatory requirements
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented working style
- High customer orientation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in parallel
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to take ownership
- Ability to continuously develop expertise in EDI, E-Invoicing, and integration technologies
- Very good English skills (spoken and written)
- Good German skills required for the Erfurt location
- Additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus

- Support continuous improvement of EDI and E-Invoicing environments
- Ensure reliable operation of customer integrations
- Ensure efficient operation of customer integrations
- Resolve incidents
- Manage changes
- Achieve ongoing service excellence
- Manage EDI and E-Invoicing integrations
- Support EDI and E-Invoicing integrations
- Configure EDI and E-Invoicing integrations
- Maintain mappings, workflows, and partner connections
- Analyze integration issues
- Troubleshoot integration issues
- Resolve integration issues
- Perform root cause analysis
- Ensure sustainable fixes for integration issues
- Support onboarding of new business partners
- Setup message flows across EDI and E-Invoicing processes
- Test message flows across EDI and E-Invoicing processes
- Validate message flows across EDI and E-Invoicing processes
- Work with EDI standards and protocols
- Work with E-Invoicing frameworks
- Monitor production environments
- Drive improvements in stability
- Drive improvements in performance
- Drive improvements in automation
- Drive improvements in operational efficiency
- Collaborate closely with internal teams
- Ensure proper documentation
