Anforderungen
- Vocational training in electrical engineering or electronics
- 5 years relevant professional experience in similar position in Wind industry
- Good knowledge of Vestas product range, systems, and processes
- Skilled at planning, organizing, and coordinating complex activities
- Ability to lead and motivate international teams
- Deep commitment to safety and encouraging safe work practices
- Experience conducting trainings in classroom or group setting
- Comfortable holding training sessions in turbines
- Basic knowledge of project management
- Familiarity with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps
- Familiarity with learning management system administration
- Valid Class B driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel during the week in Germany and NCE region
- Fluent German communication
- Fluent English communication
Aufgaben
- Implement strategic projects for Vestas goals and cost reduction
- Prepare CIM cases, including technical feasibility and resource availability
- Review repair instructions and CIM cases for Service area implementation
- Introduce and review new repair methods, tools, and materials
- Plan, organize, and conduct technical and practical trainings
- Create training programs for new technologies, tools, and work processes
- Moderate and escalate technical problems to find solutions
- Prepare and create reports and KPIs for the Technical Team Lead / Area Manager
- Plan and hold regular meetings with the Technical Team Lead / Area Manager
- Serve as a direct contact with the customer to a certain extent
- Participate in customer meetings
