Anforderungen
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in hardware-related software development (full-stack) and leadership/project management
- Experience managing software projects, development processes, and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of modern software architectures, development processes, and current software technologies, development tools, platforms, and embedded systems
- Programming experience in C#, Java, Python, Rust; Delphi is a plus; deep understanding of communication protocols and data analysis
- English (C1); German (B2)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, high problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Innovative mindset and openness to new technologies
Aufgaben
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for the software development team
- Plan, manage, and monitor all software development activities
- Define and further develop software architectures, development standards, and quality guidelines
- Analyze and evaluate customer, market, and product requirements
- Derive technical solution approaches from requirements
- Ensure timely and cost-effective implementation of software projects
- Select, introduce, and further develop technologies, development tools, and software platforms
- Ensure software quality through development, testing, and release processes
- Manage external development partners and service providers
- Plan budgets for software development
- Collaborate closely with product management, hardware development, sales, and service
