- Lead technical and functional discovery to align stakeholder needs with product capabilities
- Demonstrate and explain AI-powered product capabilities
- Explain how AI capabilities support responsible and compliant use of AI
- Partner with Sales to shape deal strategy
- Remove technical barriers to adoption
- Respond to RFPs and security reviews
- Provide feedback to Product based on field insights
- Influence roadmap direction
- Partner with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and thought leadership
- Support implementation and customer success teams
- Provide effective handoffs to implementation and customer success teams
