Aufgaben
- Own and coordinate promotional activities across webshop markets
- Set up, test, execute, and optimize campaigns
- Manage and develop the Ratings & Reviews platform
- Roll out the platform to new markets
- Configure the platform and monitor its performance
- Coordinate with vendors for the Ratings & Reviews platform
- Manage and support the webshop A/B testing program
- Identify and prioritize test ideas
- Implement, analyze, and document experiment results
- Identify customer journey optimization opportunities
- Use customer feedback, analytics, and benchmarking
- Define functional and business requirements for webshop improvements
- Translate requirements for development teams
- Coordinate webshop enhancements with stakeholders
- Perform quality assurance for new functionalities
- Validate promotional setups and experiments
- Act as a contact for operational webshop topics
- Investigate webshop issues and coordinate resolutions
- Manage relationships with external platform providers
- Coordinate platform improvements and updates with partners
- Maintain relevant processes and documentation
- Ensure consistent and efficient webshop operation through governance
