Anforderungen
- Technical or vocational certification in Hub Operations, Logistics, or comparable field
- Experience in logistics, transportation, airport operations, customs, or healthcare supply chain
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive work in dynamic operational environment
- Excellent communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in English and German preferred; additional European language skills advantageous
- Experience with UPS operational systems advantageous
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and remain effective under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, and customer focus

Aufgaben
- Safeguard critical healthcare shipments entrusted to UPS.
- Monitor shipment movements and resolve disruptions.
- Ensure export shipments are processed on time.
- Support aviation security, customs clearance, and transport requirements.
- Identify and mitigate operational issues affecting shipments.
- Communicate solutions to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Dangerous Goods, Cargo, Feeder Dispatch, Outbound, Inbound, Industrial Engineering, Transit, Aviation Security, Air and Ground Handling teams.
- Prepare and distribute daily operational summary reports.
- Proactively communicate shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, volume mismatches, and other operational issues to UPS stakeholders and customers.
- Support after-hours escalations.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customs Teams, and Customer Solutions Groups.
- Conduct shipment investigations and physical searches for urgent cases.
- Support the IHCC day team with unresolved customer cases and operational challenges.
