Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or comparable field
- Knowledge and experience according to § 87 Abs. 2 WpHG and §§ 1 & 6 WpHGMaAnzV
- Sales expertise in investment and market risk solutions, securities, FX/MM, and interest rate
- Proactive client outreach for service and execution quality
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Very good understanding of business contexts
- Keen interest in financial markets and market movements
- Thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Good knowledge of accounting under HGB and IAS/IFRS
- Familiarity with credit business, regulatory requirements, and financial mathematics
- Experience in foreign exchange and interest rate derivatives is a plus

- Advise corporate clients on securities, FX/MM, and interest rate topics
- Drive client risk management and investment business
- Identify client needs and structure tailored solutions
- Manage the full execution process for client solutions
- Develop and manage the client portfolio
- Achieve commercial results within your defined area
- Monitor market developments to identify client opportunities
- Monitor market developments for risk-related topics
- Drive initiatives forward with a strong execution mindset
- Collaborate on business and sales strategies
- Contribute market insights to strategy implementation
- Unlock client potential through proactive coverage
- Expand market share through systematic follow-ups
- Provide high-quality advisory services
- Ensure full regulatory compliance
- Engage with internal partners to deliver solutions
