Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent extensive experience in Supply Chain, Business Operations or Data Analytics
- Master's degree or MBA is an advantage
- Strong understanding of MRP, manufacturing systems, production planning and supply chain processes
- Experience gained within an international manufacturing environment is ideal
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Databricks, SAP or SAP IBP
- Relevant certifications are considered an advantage
- Strong project and change management skills
- Previous leadership experience
- Ability to work effectively across functions, plants and countries
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage senior and executive stakeholders in English
- Fluency in Italian is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Manage EMEA demand and capacity outlook
- Consolidate plant supply plans into regional and global views
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Materials, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Product Management, and Operations
- Ensure visibility of demand and future growth plans
- Ensure alignment between SIOP, MRP forecasts, Master Schedules, production plans, ABCQ, PFEP, and replenishment strategies
- Support strategic initiatives like value stream mapping and production footprint changes
- Co-lead projects
- Act as a SIOP subject matter expert
- Support global SIOP strategy development
- Support SAP IBP implementation across EMEA
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
