- Serve as the primary accounting advisor for finance leadership, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor accounting standard changes
- Implement process enhancements to maintain full compliance
- Partner with global finance teams to deliver accurate reporting
- Partner with global finance teams to deliver consistent accounting practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and control across accounting processes
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors to support business objectives
- Deliver training and knowledge sharing to strengthen accounting capabilities
