Aufgaben

Report directly to senior management
Work closely with development, engineering, production, quality, and service teams
Develop and implement a scalable, forward-looking supply chain strategy
Roll out the supply chain strategy in phases
Analyze existing supply chains for components
Identify opportunities for cost savings, quality improvements, inventory optimization, and efficiency gains
Make make-or-buy decisions with R&D and Production
Involve suppliers early in the development process
Further develop the strategic supplier portfolio
Establish long-term supplier partnerships
Analyze procurement markets, supplier structures, and risks
Develop concrete sourcing strategies
Develop and implement measures to improve delivery capability and supply chain resilience
Qualify new suppliers and conduct audits
Optimize inventory levels, delivery times, and material availability
Ensure customer delivery deadlines are met
Establish spare parts and service supply for customer systems with the Service team
Define relevant KPIs and establish transparent reports
Identify opportunities for process digitization and automation
Ensure compliance with export control, customs, RoHS/REACH, and supply chain due diligence requirements
Carry out cross-functional supply chain projects
Bring relevant departments together for supply chain projects
