Anforderungen
- University degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Several years of professional experience in Sustainability, Climate & Decarbonization Management, Carbon Accounting, or similar role; corporate environment or consultancy experience desirable
- Strong expertise in GHG accounting (Scope 1, 2 & 3) according to GHG Protocol, including decarbonization pathways and SBTi alignment
- Experience with ESG data management, sustainability reporting, and related software solutions; knowledge of Sphera and frameworks such as ESRS E1, CDP, or EU Taxonomy is an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; structured, analytical, team-oriented, and cross-functional working style
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken) is a must; manufacturing and/or automotive industry experience is a strong advantage

Aufgaben
- Lead and enhance the company-wide climate strategy and ESRS E1 framework
- Manage climate strategy governance, targets, and transition planning
- Account for Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG emissions
- Drive implementation and monitoring of the decarbonization roadmap
- Continuously improve climate targets and alignment with ESRS E1
- Collaborate with global sites and cross-functional stakeholders on decarbonization
- Own all climate-related ESG reporting, disclosures, and ratings
- Ensure high-quality, audit-ready data for climate disclosures
- Provide robust processes and reliable information for stakeholders
- Lead climate-related risk, opportunity, resilience, and scenario analyses
- Support strategic decision-making with climate analyses
- Support business transformation and climate adaptation planning
- Act as subject matter expert on climate topics
- Advise management on decarbonization and climate disclosures
- Advise business functions on evolving regulatory requirements
- Advise global sites on decarbonization and climate disclosures
- Advise customers on decarbonization and climate disclosures
- Develop, implement, and refine the corporate strategy
- Collaborate with top management on strategic decisions
- Act as sparring partner for long-term decisions
- Shape the future of Webasto through strategic activities
- Support informed decision-making
- Turn strategic decisions into actions and results
