Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's program enrollment in HCI, UX Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, Computer Science, Media Informatics, or related field
- Strong interest in UX research and user-centered design

- Basic programming or prototyping skills
- Basic knowledge of information security and data privacy

Aufgaben
- Assist in planning and conducting user studies, tests, interviews, and surveys
- Support participant recruitment, study logistics, and session moderation
- Organize, analyze, and summarize research findings
- Create reports and presentations to communicate insights
- Support creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes
- Document user journeys and interaction concepts
- Benchmark and analyze automotive and AI experiences
- Contribute to design exploration for voice, multimodal, and GUI interactions
- Prepare test scenarios and evaluation materials
- Validate conversational and multimodal user experiences
- Track usability findings and prioritize issues
- Collaborate with UX Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers
- Prepare and document workshops
- Maintain project artifacts in Figma, Confluence, and Jira
