- Prior involvement in middle or back office transformation or change projects

Aufgaben
- Configure and deploy Clearwater's SaaS platform for clients
- Translate client requirements into platform configurations
- Advise clients directly during implementation
- Provide domain expertise to clients and colleagues
- Feed input back to the development team to improve the product
- Develop a thorough understanding of Clearwater's capabilities
- Advise clients on product capabilities
- Inform product roadmap decisions
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance product offering
- Improve the client onboarding experience
- Shorten delivery timeframes
- Develop scalable, repeatable processes
- Act as a trusted partner for DACH clients
- Communicate clearly with clients
- Resolve client issues efficiently
- Build long-term client relationships
- Design training materials
- Create standard operating procedures
- Manage assigned implementation projects
- Coordinate resources for project delivery
- Serve as a subject matter authority in client conversations
- Serve as a subject matter authority in prospect conversations
