Anforderungen
- Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or comparable technical field
- Strong ISO 9001 knowledge and QMS experience
- Document control experience (procedures, work instructions)
- Good understanding of audit processes and preparation
- Good knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA)
- Experience with quality standards and customer requirements
- Good MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze quality data and prepare reports
- Very good English skills
- Proven Supplier Quality Management experience

- Participate in component qualification activities
- Participate in process and product audits
- Support handling of quality issues
- Support documentation of quality-related activities
- Create and maintain quality documents
- Create and maintain work instructions
- Create and maintain templates
- Create and maintain supplier qualification documentation
- Maintain quality data
- Analyze quality data
- Perform administrative tasks in SAP, Excel, and Jira
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, and Engineering
- Collaborate with external suppliers
- Plan supplier audits according to VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949
- Execute supplier audits according to VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949
- Lead supplier APQP activities
- Lead supplier PPAP activities
- Lead supplier safe launch activities
- Manage supplier material quality problems during project phase
- Monitor supplier performance
- Drive supplier improvements
- Manage supplier claims
- Manage supplier 8D reports
- Manage inspection plans for incoming inspections
- Implement supplier quality agreements
- Contribute supplier production-process knowledge to development projects
- Contribute supplier quality experience to development projects
- Drive quality task forces with suppliers
