- Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations for BNL, German, and UK markets
- Ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and high service levels
- Drive execution performance across sourcing, logistics, supplier management, and distribution
- Collaborate with global operational teams and the Supply Chain Excellence Center
- Lead and develop the regional supply chain team
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and innovative working environment
- Support team development and engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and logistics partners
- Ensure reliable and efficient supply chain flows
- Lead negotiations and integrations with brands and 3PL providers
- Secure favorable commercial and operational terms with brands and 3PL providers
- Strengthen long-term partnerships with brands and 3PL providers
- Ensure efficient end-to-end supply chain operations from supplier coordination to final delivery
- Guarantee optimal service levels and operational reliability
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce supply chain costs
- Maintain service quality and delivery performance
- Define, monitor, and analyze supply chain KPIs
- Track operational performance using KPIs
- Identify improvement opportunities using KPIs
- Proactively identify potential supply chain disruptions
- Develop mitigation plans for supply chain disruptions
- Ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with transportation internal teams, internal warehouses, and external dropshippers
- Ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery across different markets
