Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree (EQF level 6) or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management and Engineering, Economics, or comparable field; equivalent vocational qualifications welcome
- 2+ years relevant experience in global/cross-regional environment; capital equipment company experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- High proficiency in English, written and verbal, for global communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-disciplinary work
- Proven ability to multitask and operate under pressure
- Willingness for intensive, hands-on operational work
- Proven decision-making strength, deciding independently on incomplete information and defending decisions
Aufgaben
- Steer end-to-end parts flow, setting priorities, reallocating material, and expediting urgent needs
- Act as decision-making interface across global teams
- Lead operational alignment, resolve escalations, and ensure accountability for recovery plans
- Direct requirements, priorities, technical changes, and build readiness with manufacturing and engineering
- Own KPI and supply chain reporting, translating findings into corrective actions
- Identify process trends and gaps, driving continuous improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Own escalations, including risk assessment and proposing countermeasures
