Aufgaben
- Drive global supply chain and product line strategies for optimal performance
- Lead and optimize multi-site manufacturing and/or Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul (AMO) operations
- Ensure production performance exceeds targets for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction
- Drive a world-class HSE culture
- Maintain accountability for employee safety, incident review, and corrective action closure
- Ensure hazard identification and regulatory compliance
- Continuously improve safety programs
- Establish and enforce operational excellence standards
- Ensure compliance with ISC Plant Standards through audits and assessments
- Collaborate cross-functionally for continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and execute operational performance strategies using KPIs and data analytics
- Identify trends and enhance plant performance to support business objectives
- Lead Lean transformation and continuous improvement programs
- Focus on lead-time reduction, throughput improvement, and waste elimination
- Develop workforce capabilities and align with ISC efficiency goals
- Build best-in-class planning and execution processes
- Optimize capacity, work center utilization, and scheduling accuracy
- Ensure MRP alignment, lead-time performance, and on-time delivery
- Effectively manage operational constraints
- Ensure product quality and operational readiness
- Manage successful product introductions through effective quality systems
- Oversee corrective action management and readiness assessments
- Manage technology transfers and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with Engineering teams
- Drive long-term operational sustainability and organizational capability
- Develop competencies and career progression frameworks
- Drive digital manufacturing adoption
- Implement cost reduction initiatives
- Optimize operational footprint
- Support Baker Hughes' Carbon Out objectives
