- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset, driving results independently
- Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Business fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Occasional domestic and international travel up to 20%
Aufgaben
- Strategically procure mechanical, electronic, and optical components and systems
- Drive supplier performance, cost optimization, and supply chain excellence
- Manage sourcing and procurement of mechanical, electronic, and optical components and systems
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and commercial terms with suppliers
- Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvements through strategic sourcing
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Continuously improve supplier performance
- Identify and implement supply chain optimization opportunities
- Represent local site interests in supplier negotiations and escalations
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and logistics teams
- Work with global procurement and supply chain organizations in the USA, Singapore, and Israel
- Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and industry developments
