- Additional Supply Chain, Planning, Agile, or Project Management certifications are a plus (e.g. APICS, IBF, SCOR, Oliver Wight)
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI
- Experience with SAP planning systems
- Experience with JDA planning systems
Aufgaben
- Own and maintain supply plans for assigned products
- Ensure capacity feasibility across all planning horizons
- Own end-to-end production planning for assigned products
- Perform production line planning and finite scheduling in SAP
- Coordinate material availability for production plans
- Work with Operations to ensure capacity feasibility
- Commit to the supply plan with Operations
- Identify risks and gaps to service or utilization
- Drive proactive mitigation actions for identified risks
- Communicate supply plans and performance to stakeholders
- Monitor scheduling adherence and inventory levels
- Monitor plan achievement and learn from deviations
- Continuously improve supply planning outcomes
- Provide visibility on Supply Chain KPIs
- Support Supply Planning Manager in SMR and EBP processes
- Support strategic supply chain initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects
- Support SC initiatives and "Good to Great" journey
- Align role with SCOR processes across Plan, Source, Make, and Return
