Anforderungen
- Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics
- First experience in technical support, preferably healthcare sector

Aufgaben
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of Brainlab systems
- Provide remote and on-site technical support
- Guide clinical users through troubleshooting and system operation
- Conduct diagnostics, upgrades, and proactive service checks
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers
- Foster strong customer relationships and satisfaction
- Coordinate setup, testing, and user onboarding for product launches
- Document all service activities accurately
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and clinical support teams
