- Currently enrolled student in Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Paint Engineering, or related discipline
- Passion for surface technology, corrosion, paints and coatings, corrosion inhibition
- Prior experience in analytical evaluation and corrosion assessment of organic coatings
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in multi-location, international team
- Negotiation-level English

Aufgaben
- Support research and development of sustainable paint systems
- Research and develop EHS-compliant primer and paint systems
- Support research on paint system inhibition concepts
- Assess influence of inhibition concepts on corrosion protection
- Evaluate technical performance of product proposals
- Define test programs for product evaluation
- Execute testing for product evaluation
- Prepare technical reports on product performance
- Conduct analytical investigations on coating properties
- Develop and deploy new applied chemistry in paint and coating development
- Contribute to chromate-free paint and coating development
