- Proven experience in system operations engineering of complex EO ground segments
- Experience of verification and validation of complex EO ground segments

- Ability to apply interpersonal, communication, reporting skills within and between teams

- Ability to make use of written and oral communications

- Knowledge of another European language
Aufgaben
- Coordinate operational activities with mission stakeholders
- Act as focal point for mission operations coordination
- Facilitate collaboration between operations, engineering, and external teams
- Support mission operations preparation activities
- Perform and coordinate system-level operational activities
- Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of ground segment systems
- Monitor health and status of operational systems and infrastructure
- Identify and address potential operational issues
- Coordinate and assess operational aspects of system changes and upgrades
- Evaluate operational impacts, risks, and dependencies of changes
- Lead coordination of operational anomalies and service disruptions
- Ensure timely restoration of services and corrective actions
- Coordinate anomaly review boards and troubleshooting activities
- Manage and oversee external system interfaces
- Support system verification, validation, and testing
- Contribute to operational configuration management and change control
- Develop, maintain, and improve operational procedures and documentation
- Monitor operational performance and service metrics
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization
- Support contingency planning and operational recovery activities
- Provide operational reporting and recommendations to management
