Aufgaben
- Define and champion a long-term architectural vision aligned with business strategy
- Serve as senior technical advisor to the COO
- Provide due diligence, risk assessments, and build-vs-buy guidance
- Drive architectural alignment across distributed engineering teams
- Establish pragmatic platform governance and "Golden Paths"
- Lead innovation efforts, including R&D and PoCs for AI/ML, real-time communication, and media technologies
- Guide the evolution of a cloud-native, secure, highly scalable platform
- Modernize legacy monolith components into modular APIs
- Act as technical lead for high-stakes tenders in government and regulated sectors
- Partner with Product to ensure clear ownership boundaries, modular design, and data-driven architectural improvements
- Embed architects into Scrum teams to ensure reusable components and consistent APIs
- Ensure continuous feedback from production telemetry
- Manage and mentor a small team of architects
- Balance operational load with long-term strategic investments
