- Foster professional growth and technical expertise
- Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability
- Promote continuous improvement and business partnership
- Set clear objectives and monitor performance
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and development
- Promote knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Deliver insightful financial analysis for decision-making
- Monitor financial performance against targets
- Identify key variances and recommend corrective actions
- Partner with business units for financial support
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes
- Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Oversee development of data models and dashboards
- Enhance and maintain reporting systems in Power BI
- Develop and maintain performance metrics in Power BI
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Provide training to non-technical managers on data literacy
- Support self-service reporting capabilities
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand business needs and deliver analytical solutions
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation
